  5. Make sure your printer has at least 30 pages of paper, and is set at the top
  6. of form, and is ON LINE. With KWIKSTAT disk number 2 (TWO) in drive A, enter:

  10. To print order form: Make sure printer is ON LINE, and KWIKSTAT DISK 2 is in
  11. drive A. Enter:    A>COPY ORDER LPT1:

  13. To load KWIKSTAT onto hard disk drive C:

  15. Place the KWIKSTAT distribution DISK 1 in drive A, and enter the command:
